Returns & Refund Policy

At Elite Safetywear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Returns & Refunds Policy ensures that you can easily return items in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Returns Process

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items, and you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

4. Exchanges

In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you choose to cancel your order under these regulations, we will refund the full amount, including standard delivery costs.
